End-to-end forecasting system on 10,182 hours of real SMARD data. Leakage-free feature engineering, walk-forward validation, and XGBoost with SHAP explainability — beats the naive price-lag baseline that already achieves R² of 0.887.
5-page interactive Power BI dashboard translating XGBoost forecasts into operational decisions. Spike detection identified 244 price events concentrated in the 17–21h window. WMAPE computed using weighted metrics to handle Germany's 573 negative-price hours in 2025.
